1. The Service
The IKI Records Platform (platform.iki-records.com) is an internal label-management application operated by IKI Records, an independent record label based in Paris, France. It centralises music distribution, social publishing, press CRM, advertising, and analytics for the label’s own roster. Access is granted by invitation to label team members and collaborating artists only; the Platform is not offered as a public or commercial service.
2. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your session. Connecting a third-party account (YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) requires that you are authorised to manage that account on behalf of the label or artist. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable Use
- Only publish content for which the label or artist holds the necessary rights (masters, compositions, artwork, likeness).
- Comply with the terms of the connected platforms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Meta Terms and the TikTok Terms of Service.
- No unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; no attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorised to manage; no automated abuse of the Platform.
- Press outreach sent through the Platform must respect recipients’ opt-out choices (see our Privacy Policy).
4. Intellectual Property
All music, artwork, and content managed through the Platform remain the property of IKI Records and/or its artists and rightsholders. The Platform software and the IKI brand (including the 粋 mark) are the property of IKI Records. No rights are granted beyond the access necessary to use the service.
5. Third-Party Services & Availability
The Platform relies on third-party APIs (Google, Meta, TikTok, Spotify, Deezer, Supabase, Google Cloud). These services may change or become unavailable outside our control. The Platform is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by French law, IKI Records’ liability for any damage arising from the use of the Platform is limited to direct damages and excludes loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or revoke access at any time, in particular in case of breach of these terms. You may stop using the Platform and disconnect your third-party accounts at any time; associated tokens are then deleted (see data deletion).
8. Governing Law & Contact
