The IKI Records Platform stores data about connected social accounts (OAuth tokens, account id, display name) and professional press contacts, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of this data at any time:
Facebook / Instagram
- Go to your Facebook Apps and Websites settings, find the IKI Records app and remove it.
- Facebook then automatically sends us a deletion request — our systems record it and delete the associated tokens and metadata within 30 days. You receive a confirmation code on this page.
TikTok
Remove the app from your TikTok app permissions, then email us (address below) to request deletion of stored tokens.
Google / YouTube
Revoke the Platform’s access from your Google security settings, then email us to request deletion of stored tokens.
Any other data (email request)
Write to nicolas@iki-records.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, specifying the account or contact concerned. We confirm deletion within 30 days (GDPR art. 17).
